We now have a working 3DS build!
The reason behind this is that the 3DS has the capability to play GBA games in the same way that the Wii has the capability to play GameCube games - the hardware exists, even if the slot does not.
Wick.brstm put together a .ZIP file that should run on a 3DS though, so if you're curious, feel free to check it out!
